A bit about me

• Born and raised in the UK to Hong Kong Chinese parents
• Started my design career in the UK as a graphic designer for a point-of-sale company near Stevenage, Hertfordshire
• Moved to Hong Kong in 2005 and worked for several design studios and advertising agencies
• Transitioned to UX design when I noticed the growing disparity between good and bad online and digital experiences
• Worked in various industries including sports events, real estate, retail, education, crypto, and banking
• One of the favourite parts of my job is witnessing the positive impact that my design work has on users - whether good or bad
• Being a UX designer has also made me empathetic to users' pain points, allowing me to develop solutions that truly addresses their needs
